Not sure I would want to live there. I have a friend who lives there who called me this morning about a fire alarm that went off this morning at 5 AM and was not shut off. Elderly and disabled folks standing out of the building in pajamas. I was told the alarm went off repeatedly through the morning. I am told that the manager is hardly there and the facility is generally unresponsive to residents needs. Again, I do not live there but a good friend does. Not saying not to move in but I would be guarded. Jane

My unit at Columbia Brookside is by far the nicest apartment I've lived in over the years. I very much enjoy living here. The management is very nice and professional too. They are always ready to help me with what I need.
