I can’t believe what I saw and smelled at the reception. The couches were very old and smelly and actually one of the chairs had some spots. I don’t think it has the minimum as far as cleanliness. They could increase membership and buy a new set of chairs! I’m still in choc
They're billing is TERRIBLE. We have our bill set up to be auto paid every month. 2 months in a row they double billed us. We cannot get anyone to call us back to rectify the situation. We have called countless times with no result. We went to the silver lake location and they said they have nothing to do with billing there and the billing is handled at their Kirkland location. We visited the Kirkland location and were told the person who handled billing wasn't there that day (a week day). It has been months and we have yet ... read more
Best youth swim lesson program. Amazing and EXPERIENCED coaches. This is the only club that accommodated perfect scheduling for both my children in different swim levels. So happy here!
Great atmosphere to relax and get your workout in!! The staff and trainers are amazing!! Special Classes like the 21 Day Sugar Detox has changed my life and my eating habits even more than I thought it woud!! It is offered every month and highly recommend it if you are serious about changing your life! Many people besides me have had amazing health benefits from that class and improvements!
