Rude, unprofessional, and Inconsiderate. They have been trying to raise my rent by 75% for the past year, because I wouldn't let them get out of their own contract, they have now resorted to constructive eviction. For the past 3 months, Someone in the office has come to my apartment on six different occasions for "inspection." Some how they keep by passing my security system, getting in my house without my consent, doing anything they want to do in there, arm the alarm and pretend like they never got in there, if i don't cat... read more
Under new management so maybe it'll get better soon..
I have been living here since June 2012 and I have enjoyed every year of it... Mainly I stay to my self but if I speak to my neighbors they speak back instead of walking past you as if they didn't hear you... I love it here it's very quite and I love the fact that we do have security... And also gate key access doors. I have problems here at the staff is wonderful, and I'm always greeted with respect.. whenever I place a work order in its fixed immediately.. unless it's something simple like a light bulb... Which I can care ... read more
First and foremost safe. 2 nd. wonderful accomodations får as commuting on the rail system, all I have to do is walk across my parking lot straight into the rail station. Apartments are beautiful, well taken care of. Everything is hear work out room, swimmingpool, computer room, wow I am very satisfyed and blessed to call this home.
