Abby was wonderful! I was super nervous walking in for my cheek piercings today, but she did an amazing job with reassuring me through the whole process. She was super quick and knew exactly what she was doing! & As always, the whole staff was friendly and welcoming!
I can't say for the quality of work BUT we came in during "walk in Saturday" around 6:55pm was told that we could still be seen that one of the artist would stay later for us, great! We stick around as we don't live close by, an hour later we receive a call that we now can't be seen because the artists didn't have a key to close, which is fine but to wait an hour to call and inform of us that is pretty crappy, we could have been back home and not wasted an hour of our time!
Albert did an amazing job and he was very easy to get along with! We shared many laughs and it had to be my easiest tattoo to get!!

Really laid back positive shop , everyone is friendly , all artists are talented and give positives vibes , Abby is energetic and outgoing and friendly to all customers ( as I hear her while getting my tats done lol) Chris my artist is amazing and works with me on pieces and scheduling . Keep it up . ! And thank you

I've been following Mertzy for over 10 years, and every time I want to get a tattoo, he completely surpasses every expectation I have.
