i went in yesterday to have my nose jewelry changed out and once again I can’t say enough good about this place and their customer service. I have seen steven, sarah and abby at this location and each and every time i am met with super friendly and kind interactions and you can tell these people genuinely care about their jobs and who they do it for. i wouldn’t consider another place in town. ♥️

I came in yesterday to get my belly button pierced and Abby did a phenomenal job! I was so nervous going in because the only piercings I have are the standard ear piercings I got when I was little. Abby thoroughly explained exactly what was going to happen and the piercing was extremely quick and virtually painless. She was great at covering everything about taking care of the piercing as well. My wife and I came in to get tattoos and she also got a piercing, it is a great place to go, everyone is kind and friendly, I'll definitely go again, and again.
Abby was so calming and reassuring and didn’t judge me one bit ( I was nervous being it was my first piercing alone). I will definitely be going back to her for future piercings!
