We had a longer than anticipated wait - Mertzy acknowledged the wait before I could mention it, and took care of us. He was great to work with. He did a great job of making sure he knew exactly what we wanted and where we wanted it. He did an amazing job - the tattoo turned out exactly how I envisioned it. He was very professional - yet joked around and made us feel comfortable. I would highly recommend Mertzy and will be back for another!
Got my 3rd tattoo done by Mertzy and I’ve never had a better experience! Came in with ideas of what I wanted and he created it into something even better than I had imagined. He was so Incredibly patient while I decided my precise placement and was great to talk to during the process. He is such a genuine guy and talented artist. Was here before and love my tattoo by Nate. Decided to come back for another one. Booked with Chris 2 weeks ago for today, confirmed time and down payment. I showed up today to find out he double booked me and moved my appointment to next week without talking to me. Not impressed. Took my money and left. Very unlikely I will go back at all. Not professional.
I got my first tattoo here yesterday and it is so amazing! I was so scared, but Matt took it slow and knew what he was doing. He recommended the place and size so it would look perfect. It is better than I even could have imagined and I love it so much! I'm so glad I took the leap and got the tattoo!

I’ve been pierced by both piercers (Steven and Abby) now and they both do excellent work! More than just the average piercer, they make sure you’re comfortable through the entire process and make sure to answer any and all questions before you leave. They go above and beyond by helping out even after you leave by giving you contact information and letting you know it’s okay to keep in touch with any further questions! I won’t go anywhere else from now on ♥️ 10/10
The only place I will go. Love everyone there! They are awesome and very friendly!
