This was the 2nd time we came (we gave it 5 years before we came back) and it will be the last. My steak was overcooked (again) and the waitress stated that the cooks ALWAYS overcook the steaks. Nice. I sent it back, not wanting a replacement. The waitress stated the manager would want to talk to us, but she did not. The waitress came back to tell me that the manager was going to go ahead and remove the item from our ticket bc the cooks always overcook the steaks.
