We stopped in this evening for dinner at about 7:00pm. We were sat in the bar area. It took our server about 10 minutes to get to our table to get our drink and appetizer order. It was about 5 minutes later that our server walked by our table with no drinks on a mission to do something else. We waited another 5 minutes and left. We were in the restaurant for 20 minutes and never even received our drinks. The restaurant wasn't even busy. We have had nothing but bad experiences with service at this location. Not impressed with the food or service tonight. What was supposed to be 20-25 min turned into almost an hour. Ceaser salad didn't have any dressing on it,steak wasnt cooked right and the potato wasnt done. When I called in to tell them my salad didn't have any dressing on it ......I was told the cooks make it like that. Really ........without dressing. All I got out of the phone call was "Im sorry". Looks like I wont be going back for awhile.
My steak was cooked perfectly and very juicy. I also had a side of fried Okra, and a Caesar Salad, and some really great warm rolls and butter.
I had the best service and the best steak Ive had in a long time. Don't have name of waitress but she is very cute, and does construction In the daytime. Great employee!!!
Service was friendly and quick, got as many baskets of rolls as I wanted! Anastasia was a great waitress. Food tasted good. Completely satisfied! I will return!
Love this place I really like there food here we go everytime.
If there was a rating lower than 1 I would. Realizing it is Saturday night and that's a big night for going out to eat. We had a party of 5. Me,my wife, Lillie, and my mother and father in law. We waited 45 minutes and when I went back in to see how much longer they called a party of 5 to be seated that was there after us. My opinion I'll never set foot in there again. I work hard for my money and if that's how they think customer service works they are WRONG.
