Absolutely horrible customer service using the pick up option at Colton's today. We called in an order and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. We gave them 20 minutes and went to go get it. Parked in the designated parking spot and waited. After 10 more minutes of waiting I went in to get it as nobody brought it out. Inside was three employees standing doing nothing. Told them I had a pick up order and one woman went to the back. After waiting on her for a while, she never came back. I left without the order I had plac... read more
