we ate there last night. got seated and out tea, then it was 20 min before our server came to get our order. she was too busy taking care of the bar to bother with us. finally after our order was taken it took 40 min to get our food. she let on like it wasnt done, but evidently it had been setting under the warmer ...okra was cold.if i had not kept looking her way i think we would still be waiting

seating was great, the waitress (Jane) was awesome, thoughful, respectful..couldn't have asked for a better one.. she had been the best one we had we have had in a long time.. way to go Jane! she made sure we had everything we needed and did it in a timely manner.. food was great as well..
Service is superb; animal heads on the wall are a downer. There's some folks I can't bring to eat there because of the animal trophies - thankfully, the server knows how to seat folks offended by the ridiculous hunting theme.

We always try to be understanding as I was a waitress before, but last night our service was absolutely awful. Our waitress never came back to check on us after she took our order, we didn't get rolls until after we got our appetizer and food, every time we wanted a refill we would have to stop another waitress because ours was no where to be seen. It was supposed to be a celebration for my husbands birthday and it was awful.
Tonite was the worst experience we have ever gotten! We got sat then waited for our waitress and if I wouldn’t have asked who our waitress was we probably wouldn’t have got waited on...which was like 10 minutes of waiting. Then they bring out my salad and not his! we get our food and mine was perfect; his was well done and then I was able to eat my meal completely before he got his steak back...
