The apartments are nice, but the noisy neighbors they’re really noisy. I hear running and jumping all day and night, I have made several complaints but nothing has been done about it. The rules are changing and now they are making us pay to park and that is not in our lease.
since the new management has taken over the property is garbage. there has been a murder, gates always broke,peoples apartments being broken into it's horrible. no one knows who the courtesy officer is cause you never see them and they want to charge a arm and leg to stay here. I'll definitely be moving soon and not before my lease is up to give extra money. and no I don't want to talk to anybody from the office about with the generic response that your sorry my experience has been bad.. blah blah blah
management does absolutely NOTHING about noise complaints. have had problems with neighbors letting there kids hangout on the stairs and in the hallways outside my door. This should be considered loitering.
Nice apartments but crappy neighbors and management does NOTHING when complaints are filed. I don’t even feel safe when I visit my son here!!

Staff members are so friendly, and have made this process so easy. I cant wait for move in day.
Colton Creek is nice, haven't had any major problems! If the rent keeps going up I will be forced to move though. Looking a some homes because I will be paying a mortgage times 2 lol!
Moved in 2 days ago and have been impressed thus far!
