RecommendedI have been living here for a little over a year now and it was a little rocky in the beginning but since the new management team came in it has drastically improved. Working with Jeanna Young has been super easy, and she responds very quickly when I email with any questions. The apartments are pretty clean, and quiet, and they’re always doing work to improve the common areas. Looking forward to being here for another year!

I see mostly bad reviews on these apartments and I am not sure why. Since September they have had new management and they have been super helpful and great! I really do not have any complaints. Even when I had issues I called them very nicely and respectfully about it and they fixed it that same day! For the residents, the trash being thrown off balconies is disrespectful and gross. please think twice before doing this. We have dumpsters at the front for a reason! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! they take your Money every month and BUILDING 900 is complete GHETTO gutter trash you can hear people clear through walls talking on the phone, I even heard a woman saying her full date of Birth and social security number ! This place has gone way down!!! They let anyone in these apartments now! RUN FOR DEAR LIFE!!!! I have the most GHETTO neighbors ever!! They wake you up at 1-2 AM with this loud talking, yelling, fussing and cursing!!! They sit on the steps and in the stairwell! The smell of marijuana reeks when they open their door. If I wanted to live in the hood, I would have moved to Atlanta!! I refuse to pay this price to live in the ghetto!!! Don't move here, especially in building 100! Trees of Avalon is a great place to live. They're great at responding to any maintenance issues. Very pet friendly. They do seem to go up an unreasonable amount each year.
Apartments are being broke into in broad daylight! Since the cops have moved out, the crime rate went up! Taylor is very rude to people, she is a nice nasty person. The gates stay broken, seems like their just letting anyone move in. Kids are every where now. Won’t be here too much longer.
This complex is okay, but the staff is very rude and does not care about residents. Marshall Hood is the worst he always have a condescending tone. Nothing I ask for gets done and I rarely call. One example five times I requested pest control and I received an email that it was completed when it was not. When I informed the leasing office they make it seem like your wrong for requesting for a service. When the lost my paperwork also, they did the same.
The apartment homes are very spacious and well taken care of the parking is a little dicey sometime but all in all I like the community.
