They tried to con me out of my money. Sent my items to the wrong address twice, and refused for over 2 months to refund me or send the items to the correct address, even after verifying with the USPS the items had been returned to sender by whoever they sent it to. Had to threaten legal action and speak with over a dozen reps via email who kept using canned responses that didn't even relate to anything I was saying. This company was one of my favorites to order make up from. Not after this experience. They have no human to speak with and they have a no return or exchange policy. Why? How is this a policy: Unfortunately, due to the low-cost nature of our products, once an order has shipped, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. I ordered 2 shadows recommended to me by the company in response to an email I sent them about a dupe to one of their old discontinued products. I read all reviews, watched youtube videos, & reached out to people/influencers who had purchased the shadow, BEFORE buying it. All checked out & I ordered 2. The WORST customer Service EVER I placed and order in November of 2020 for my daughter via paypal, I tried to place another order Oct of 2021 using the SAME paypal. Money was taken out of my account but half an hour later Im told my order was cancelled due to being unable to process payment???? YET they said if any moneys were taken out I would get a refund. They will not let you return anything even when it's broken. But they don't tell you that you can't return anything it's a surprise. They don't answer their phone not even at corporate. If you want to get ahold of them you have to drive to California. They have been throwing a small eyeshadow compact into a large box and it comes broken because they don't put any bubble wrap or paper in the Box. Yes I believe they are robbing people.
