Allergic reaction 1st time ever to makeup. I’m 47 and I unfortunately bought 6 colors for my eyes. It made my eyes swollen, red, dry as a bone and flakey. I let it clear up, wore it again yesterday, and my eyes are currently half shut, red, and swollen. No I don’t wear any makeup to bed. Do Not Buy.

I got 3 eyeshadow refills from them online. 2 came unsealed, and although the 3rd was sealed it was not as described - it was supposed to be matte finish but had glitter in it. The unsealed ones both had scrapes & smudges in the eyeshadow itself, so it looked like someone used them before they were shipped. I respect Colourpop's commitment to remaining cruelty free, and to be fair the colors are beautiful. But the containers are unsafe and I can't take a chance on getting an eye infection. I bought the products the 26.01.2023. I order 3 items. They just sent me 2! According to them the lost products is coming but why would they split the order? I didn’t ask for that. You contacted DHL but my order is stuck in Germany and they don’t know when’s gonna get here. I live in Iceland, and the fees are extremely expensive. Why they couldn’t send the products together? I had a terrible experience with Colourpop while trying to order online. I spent 2 hours with the website glitching and taking items out of my cart. When I finally got to checkout I had to put in my card information 3 times because the website would not save the information when I clicked save card. I ended up getting so frustrated I gave up on the order. They lost $60+ from me. Overall I’m very sad because I really wanted to try this brand!

These people just want your money. I had ordered sets of orders on the 26th and "allegedly" got them on the 28th of November. I literally didnt see anything on my porch plus I had contacted customer service TWICE and still no reply. I went on the website and read all the cool reviews but now that I'm on the BBB website I'm seeing all these negative reviews that experienced the same thing I'm experiencing right now! Double check your order!!! Was placing an order on items that they had on special but luckily I checked my balance before finishing the order I noticed the price went up on everything. I go back to the website and check the promo they have it’s still going on. Decided to email the customer service reps they told me it should automatically apply. I am appalled by this company's misleading nature to make money. They state nowhere on their website while you are placing an order or browsing their items that they do not except returns or exchanges. I have unused makeup that they will not take back. It is a 34 pallette. I feel this company needs to be held accountable for their shadiness and legal action needs to be taken to get the return policy on front page of their website. It is bad buisness not being upfront on your policy's.
