I'm genuinely horrified by my recent experience. I Really didn't want to leave this review because I have been coming to this salon for about a year now. But last week I went in for a gel manicure and pedicure, as usual. The issue arose when I got my pedicure. The woman doing my pedicure was someone I've never seen before, she was older and I don't think she could see well. currently here at this moment. service is extremely RUDE. workers have TERRIBLE attitudes. i am mid pedicure while typing this and in complete disbelief that they have the energy they do in this place. they could care absolutely less about what you ask for. smh. do not come here unless you want to be treated very rudely and disrespectful.
Great experience overall (clean, great atmosphere and services) AND the prices are amazing- especially compared to other nail salons in the area. I plan on coming back in the future and would definitely recommend this place to everyone!
