I am the owner of ColorStar, Erwin Kaegi: We have never sold anything to this person. His statement is totally false. However, we had an employee in production with the name William (Billy) Howell. During his tenure we gave him many chances. The final straw was when he quit without notice. Months later he expected to get his job back. He couldn’t understand why we would not rehire him.
This is the worst company to ever order from, the owner Erwin is incompetent, ordered 1000 pieces only 25 worked properly had trouble even returning them still in the process of getting the issue fixed. Order from anyone but this company!!!
