Doctors and staff were amazing - policies are not great. My story - after confirming that my procedure was covered at 100% I was charged a large sum at check-in in order to get the procedure. This was as I was in the waiting room, ready to go. It took over two years to get that overpayment repaid by Colorado Urology. They confirmed that I did in fact over pay - each month I would call their hotline and they would say "the payment is in the mail" it would never come. I made 3 appointments here. All 3 were changed. I had an MRI July 25, 2024. I originally had a follow up appointment set for Aug 7. That was moved to August 20. I asked for a call from the Dr. to put my mind at ease. No call was received. On Aug 13, they rescheduled again to Aug 27. I begged for a call for any update. No call. My PCP tried calling. No response. I should not have to wait 33 days for any feedback from an MRI that potentially could be life altering. I don't even know if she has looked at it. I only have a radio... read more
Extremely pleasant doctors office
Blood was taken Aug 6th in preparation for today’s visit. Apparently PSA was not done. As I had to have blood taken again today. My hormone shot scheduled for today had to be rescheduled for Friday.
