Fairly nice people, but it was like pulling teeth to get our deposit back. The house we moved into had a disgusting backyard. There was snow at the time but when it melted there was glass, syringes, condoms, clothes, and other various garbage in the backyard. I'd consider it hazardous. They never came to clean it up or sent anyone to do it. Then we got a fee at the end for it. If we hadn't gotten our deposit back, I would have brought my lawyer into it. This is a awesome place to rent from would recommend this realtor to anyone
Worst place I have ever lived. After my move out they still took another months rent out of my account and won't give it back. I would choose to live in a refrigerator box then to ever lease from these crooks again
