A very nice hotel, with spacious rooms. The hotel boasted two pools! The hotel staff couldn't be nicer. We stayed an extra night, without problems. Definitely a nice place to stay, when in Colorado Springs!
Simply a hands down dazzling hotel... Very welcoming, the staff was extremely professional. I was born to love and respect nature. The beautiful mountain scenery as well as the green of lush grass was breath taking from every view.
They added more handicapped parking, which is a big plus for me. I do bemoan the replacement of the well stocked hotel gift shop/store with a cubby behind the desk.

This was a awesome place our team stayed traveling from Farmington, N.M. For a meeting the following day. Service and room was awesome and loved the checkout time until noon. I would recommend this place again.
Worst Marriott I've ever stayed at. Will never stay here again. Room wasn't ready at check on was upgraded to a sweet which wasn't clean. They did a horrible job cleaning the rooms everyday. The left dirty glasses we used and didn't replace them with clean ones. They left dirty towels in the bathroom. Not a good stay.

12 o'clock checkout looms, I clutch the sheets tighter pulling them over my head as I hear the bill slide under the door.. Last day of crisp cool air, wild wind, bed side coffee, and watching the sunrise over the mountains. Room 420 king size pillow top, you've been awesome and will be missed terribly. In all the years of vacation this has been the best hotel bed ever slept in & we have been treated like royalty. We made some beautiful memories here & you're worth every penny. Marriott Rewards program is awful at this place. Do not stay with points here. No room upgrade and I practically live at the Marriott Hotels. Concierge Lounge dirty, wood floors unstable. Outdoor pool not open. Employees not very pleasant. Restaurant, bar and room service with short hours. Boring adults. Lots of children. Save your points.
my sister and I spent the night,,our room was facing a roof and nothing beyond,the room is extremly small for such a large priceWe should have stayed in Denver,would have had better views and service and rooms for the price we payed, Will not recommend this place.
