We've been clients of Dr. Fedders' for over 15 years, myself and three children. She has always been professional, accommodating, patient, and, honestly, a lovely soul. Her prescriptions have been great, no complaints at all from these four patients, whether glasses or contact lenses. Her offices are sparkling clean and her staff excellent representatives of a professional office.
Dr. Fedders is thorough and pleasant. I would highly recommend her to friends and family.
I recently returned to see Dr Fedders after a few years out of the country. She remembered me and was extremely attentive. Her staff helped me with insurance and I ended up paying much less than I expected. I have seen optometrists for over fifty years and Dr Fedders is definitely the best for care and manner. I really like that she is up to date on new methods and explains all procedures. Her MA was excellent also. I highly recommend this office.

went in for routine eye exam and was told I had to pay thru insurance, i didn't want to do this as i had done so in the past and was billed for the difference anyway, i thought the customer was right but not anymore, waited 3 weeks for appt, now have to start over with sommeone else, wont go here again
Excellent experience for my routine eye exam. Truly wanted what was best for the patient. Staff was also very good.
Eye center was not clean at equipment and not cleaned between uses. Placing face and eyes on equipment should be clean. Office staff quoted one price and on check out was different. Office staff hurried and not professional. Have used in past but not in future
I am a healthcare professional myself and I make the trip across town to see Dr. Fedders. She is personable, professional, and always up to date on current treatments. I would recommend her to my patients!
