RecommendedI feel very welcome from the time I walk in. Almost everyone at the front desk knows me by name. I had been doing light therapy weekly. I had a follow up appointment yesterday. Mackenzie is always very friendly and provides good customer service. I have seen both Dr. Marcus and Dr. Mentz. They are both very caring . I don't feel like I am being rushed out the door like in other offices.

Before doing anything with Colorado springs dermatology I recommend that you check their pricing. I've had moles and melanoma is removed before was expecting a bill of $200 and got a bill of $2,700 for a simple biopsy when I called and spoke to billing Laura was rude and unprofessional. I'm not new to dermatology I have a history of melanoma and I have never once had a bill this large for a scrape biopsy. their office was very nice and now I see why.

I went in after finding out I was pregnant on a medication that is very controlled. I decided to go in and let them know what was going on. Not only did they talk very loudly and rudely about me in the main room, they also treated me like dirt. Dr. Mentz had no interest in listening to my side of the story, and neither did her sidekick taking notes. Another of the females that takes notes said very loudly "does her mom know she's pregnant?"
