Went to pick up my order. Was immediately greeted by a Mr.Bailey. Very friendly and quality service oriented atmosphere. Steak was cooked exactly to my liking and seasoned perfectly. Will be back for more!!!
This was my first lunch trip. The food was ok, but they don't have a lunch menu or lunch prices. I specifically asked the waiter if there was a lunch special, and his reply was "Everything here is special." I asked again, and he said no lunch special. My 6oz steak and baked potato were not a good lunch value. I much prefer a thicker cut. Most places do a smaller surface area with some thickness. This was about a half inch (or less) thick. Definitely not mid-rare.
My wife and I Went to Colorado's Prime Steak tonight and we had a very pleasant experience. My wife had the Prime Rib and it was the best she has ever had. My meal was cooked to perfection and I certainly could not ask for anything better. The service was phenomenal and Bryn was superb. This is my new favorite Steakhouse. I recommend Colorado's to anyone looking for a fantastic meal and a friendly environment. 9 years after the above review, it’s still amazing!!!!
We had lost faith in Colorados Prime, but we went back recently and the new management has made this a great place to go once again, give it a try, you won't be sorry!
