RecommendedDr Stransky is great, she listens to your needs and finds a solution. The only issue I have is I call and there's no answer so I leave a detailed message with either the medical assistant or the receptionist and I never receive a call back. its very frustrating as I'm trying to get answers about an upcoming surgery
Poor customer service. I called on Friday to schedule an appointment and to see if they accept my insurance. No answer when I called so I left a voicemail. It is now Thursday and I have not received a call back.
