Thorough, professional, and informative!
Dr. Frank and his staff were very professional, and I was accurately diagnosed with a cataract using state of the art equipment. We had a discussion about future surgery options and I left feeling secure in my choices. I was in and out of the office within the estimated time frame for the consultation. Thank you, Dr Frank and staff.
I appreciate being seen at the time of my appt. Dr. Lipscomb was very efficient and pleasant.
Very pleased with my ophthalmologist who is willing to put me back in trial contacts even though I have “baby cataracts.” In the Optical Department, Christine is my favorite because I’ve worked with her before. But, Susan, who took care of me last week comes in a close second place!
