In a shuttle headed to the airport VERY late... many angry customers and I'm terrified. Many people are about to miss their flights... not a good situation to be in. Also, we're not late due to weather but rather the company not planning accordingly to pick up all guests in a timely manner. Been in the bus for 3 hours and still an hour and a half out from the airport ��
