I have used the Colorado Mountain Express several times over the past five years, usually between Vail and DIA. I have always been treated respectfully by all drivers, have never missed a flight due to late shuttles, and have had fine Wifi service enroute. Most impressively, the drivers have made sure we arrived safely despite snowy, icy conditions. I think the shared shuttle is a good value, too!

Christian Dusold I had such a great time being behind the driver of shuttle #744. He was either high, drunk or sleeping while driving @ 8:00 April 4th 2017on highway 82 in the roaring fork valley

I will never use CME again. It took us 90 minutes to get from the Vail Marriott to EGE. In an effort to maximize their profit they have inconvenienced their customers by overlooking the vans. There shouldn't be one van for Vail and Beaver Creek transfer. Each town should have their own! I feel as though we deserve a refund for our inconvenience.

Unbelievably bad service - 35 minutes late to pick up - no calls or texts with updates. Not worth the stress of waiting for a late shuttle when there are alternatives in Summit.

We took a road transfer from Aspen to Denver on Tuesday 10/01/17. Whilst we didn't get to Denver that day due to the avalanche closure of the i-70 our driver Tim was unfailingly polite and calm in the face of concerned passengers. Good service, safe driver. Would recommend them to anyone who is travelling in Colorado.

I think $50 is a little high, but further from Eagle airport to Vail than I thought. Raising my rating.
