Highly disappointed with Epic Mountain Express!! They helped book my shuttle from the resort to the airport and reassured me everything was set. Mind you we were staying in Breckinridge where there’s no Ubers or barely any in that area. Well the day before my flight back home, aka transportation to the airport, they called and left a voicemail stating they were unable to accommodate my transportation for 4 people to the airport. Driver was great in route to our destination. The van was clean and comfortable... upon arrival, my laptop bag fell out of the back of the van when the driver opened the door. Approximately 8-10 feet so you can only imagine the possibilities. Well my computer was damaged and I contacted them about it. The driver lied and said he had a cargo net up and it didn’t fall out. I provided pictures clearly showing the dirt from the fall and the damage. It’s sad that a very good experience was ruined with a lack of integrity.
RecommendedWe had a very positive experience with Epic. Our driver was outstanding. We were in a white out.. Monday ... in a parking lot for quite sometime. He was very safe and efficient. The pass was closed. Thank you.
My 6 year old and I just watched our 1pm shuttle drive away full with no room. Received a text stating our 1pm reservation was now 2pm. If you can’t honor the PAID RESERVATION don’t sell it. First time using the service.
Have been trying to get someone to answer the phone or answer live chat at EPIC Mountain Express for 2 days with no luck. Ended up renting a car from Eagle airport, and watching half full EPIC shuttles go down the mountains to Denver airport. I get that it is busy, lots of snow but...uhmm maybe answer the phone every few days?
I was just denied to travel with my service animal from Denver to aspen. Even tough I have my service animal ID. They just don’t care....
Friendly, safe and experienced drivers. Great way to get to the airport!
