I was desperate enough for a house to use them. Don't make my mistake and a better way.
If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They are the hardest to work with. We have called with questions whether it be about billing, refinancing, escrow, insurance, ANYTHING and you get one answer from the first person and a complete opposite one from the next when you call back to follow up. Anything that you want to do, you have to email their service department (they never get back to you, you have to keep calling and bugging to get any kind of answers).
