Misleading billing schemes. Paid my mortgage in full, and when they attempted to take unplanned payment from my bank account, it was returned. They then wanted to charge me a non-sufficient funds fee. When i called to sort it all out, I was bounced from supervisor to supervisor, received no help, and was told "managers don't take calls". This company is the picture of CORRUPTION. If anyone is given an option to buy a house with the help of his corrupt entity they better think twice. They are evil from the top to the bottom. Do not subject yourself to them mistreating you and lying to you and modifying your loan amount without your knowledge.
