We purchased a house through them back in 2013, we currently just tried to sell our home in the exact same condition we bought it in and after going through an inspection they said the owners before us never got permits to do any of the work so now we are at a stand still to sell our home in the middle of my job requiring me to move to another state so after all this I may lose my job and my home just because these people didn’t bother to get me the information I paid them to get me.
