Dan is great, I've gone back and forth with the home owners of my current purchase about a crack in a foundation and even a month later of calling him he still remembered what house I had him inspect and gave me his honest opinion on the foundation integrity and some options that could be available to remedy the situation. Need to get a WDO inspection for a refi. Colorado home inspection plus offers this service. Which not many place do offer. Communication with Dan was quick and easy. Scheduled the WDO inspection and Dan communicated with me day of and was able to get my inspection done earlier than scheduled. Dan is very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend and use again.
