I have been a patient for almost a year and a half. Historically, I have not enjoyed doctor visits whatsoever. The staff at this clinic is why I return time after time, even when receiving painful procedures or unhappy news. People like Dr. Anderson, my P.A. Sam, M.A.'s Sarah, Vicki, Gail, Kim (and a ton of others), Kimberly, Tammy, and Dierdre at the front desks, and great financial folks like Dena provide unparalleled customer service every single time I'm there.
