Best Place I have ever lived! This is the best apartment I have ever lived in. Appliances are brand new. The views is incredible. The rooftop is my favorite place. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always amazing!
Top apartment in Wichita This is the best apartment for the money you will spend downtown. It’s close to the river and downtown and is the most modern and affordable apartment. It has a great rooftop view and everyone who lives here is always kind and willing to help with anything. It was the best apartment out of 15 I looked for down in Wichita.

All the best features Awesome spaces, unique floor plans, can be as social or secluded as you feel, with the added bonus of underground parking or grace rentals. Also very pet friendly environment. Have been living here over a year and love it!
Wonderful community Angie is the best! She fixes all problems that she can up front and the maintenance team is also great too! Lived here for over a year and have had almost 0 issues with the living! Love living here in downtown!

Spacious apartments The apartments are very spacious for the price and maintenance has responded any time that I have needed them. The ladies in the office have all been very courteous, friendly, and helpful. Me and my cat enjoy living here very much.
The Lodge apts I have been here for over a year. I have had no issues at all. The maint. people and the office people are always there to Help. The manager will always hear what you have to say.
