I had my first whole body CryoSpa and cryofacial today, and it was amazing! James, Cara, and especially Kayla made me feel so comfortable and were so friendly, and I am already feeling and seeing positive effects.

Cryotherapy has greatly helped me with my arthritis related pain that I have in all of my joints. From the very start I noticed a significant change in my sleep patterns. I used to wake up 3-4 times a night from my pain and now I often wake up only once during the night or many times not at all.
Loved it!
I just did my first full body session, and the cryo facial. I really enjoyed the experience and the facial felt amazing... I can't wait to do it again. Everyone should try it at least once. I think it is something that every single person can benefit in some way from.
So far Chuck and I have had the Cryo facials done by Emily and they felt great. Felt so good and our skin just glowed. thanks for a great time at the grand opening party. Emily you did a great job!
