I felt no different after full body cyrotherapy. I believe it's a placebo for most people. I still have issues sleeping and am still stiff. I'd reccomend Yoga over this treatment. When I was there I also felt like they kept insisting I buy more treatments from them not even knowing if it would help me or not. I didn't like the experience of him being persistent on me buying when I kept telling him I'll think about it.
