I have been having pain in my toe for a number of months and had tried everything. I called Dr. Ouderkirk's office and they were able to fit me in. Unfortuntely, I was a little bit late for the appointment. They told me no problem and welcomed me into the friendly brightly lit office. My wait time could be measured in just a few minutes. The staff and Dr. Ouderkirk were incredibly friendly! I felt very at ease and comfortable with the care I received! I left with good knowledge about how I can improve my foot care!
Set appointment for only day I had off work, could have set with several podiatrists. Showed up this morning to find out they had cancelled my appointment even though appointment only made a week ago (and typed in wrong number to contact me); no apology or explanation why. Will never use them again.
