From the Receptionist, to the dental Assistants, to Dr. Smith; I can see that they care about the customer experience. I can get in on a relative short notice which is great for my work schedule, 0 wait time, and relatively little pain in the chair. Good job guys!
My daughter, Savannah, had her last scheduled filling yesterday and she had the best possible experience with a dentist! She says she didn't feel it and never complained the entire evening! Dr. Fredickson is the first dentist Savannah has been to where she reminds me of her appointments and doesn't mind going. It's been great!

From the front desk through the dental assistants and hygienists and actual dentists, customer service is number one. The employees here truly care about your well-being and it shows. I always recommend this dental office to anyone who asks, and even some who don't.
Dentist Smith is great at what he does and he treats you with respect while in the office. He made sure I got the best care available within my means and he is to the point. The staff is warm and welcoming and it is a peaceful experience. Would recommend to anyone.
