Dr. Purcell is the best surgeon I have encountered. He is very thorough. He performed Rotator Cuff Surgery on my right shoulder. I’m almost 5 weeks post op and I am already doing 100 percent better than pre surgery. He is very professional yet shows kindness in his actions. He treats his patients with respect. A+! Highly recommend! His PA also exhibits the same professionalism and kindness.
