The instructor Rich is very knowledgeable, great with kids and has a rock solid mma program. I highly recommend the place.
Great gym, my two boys do the kids jiu - jitsu and muay thai. Richard takes a personal investment in all his students. I have not only watched my sons grow stronger physically, but their grades have improved in school and martial arts has had a huge impact on their character as young men.
