The first time I was there to see Dr Hebb, it was great. In and out even before my scheduled time. Yesterday not so much. They scheduled an appointment without actually entering/scheduling. Had to be "worked" in and even then it was a long wait. Was bad I had to wait because of someone's incompetence. As I told them, for future patients , don't schedule appointments unless you are willing to commit.

The first time I saw a doctor for my neuropathy, after I explained how they are numb, but I have a lot of pain, he said "Make up your mind. Are they numb, or do you have pain?" I finally found a primary care doctor who sent me for an MRI on my back, then sent the results to this clinic. Dr. Syre thinks my problem is spinal stenosis and he can help. For 7 years I've suffered with this, and finally found the doctors who understand and care!

My doctor was Dr. Eric Parker - I had cervical surgery on April 27th and still healing but I had horrible pinched nerve pain every day for a long time. Since the day after surgery I haven't had any nerve pain since. THANK YOU DR. PARKER for giving me pain-free quality of life! I'm so happy.

I recently had a small brain tumor removed and Dr Benjamin Rubin and his staff were absolutely amazing. I've never had a major surgery and his bedside manner and professionalism were impeccable. He fully explained different treatment methods and techniques, risk assessment, and provided me with the information I needed to feel comfortable making my decision. He even offered to refer me to other physicians for other opinions. I would rate Dr. Rubbin a 10 Star out of 5 if that was possible. I have complete faith in his and sta... read more

I saw Dr. Syre for my neck pain. I was in constant pain and could no longer do the things I love. He understood my nervousness about surgery and we tried injections to see if they would help. In the end surgery or chronic pain were my only options. I choose surgery. Dr Syre did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier. I feel more like myself everyday. I highly recommend Dr Syre, he has changed my life.
