I felt the midwives were a great fit for my prenatal care appointment. I felt really empowered and prepared going into my delivery for my first born. The midwives are absolutely lovely. Their billing practices are horrifying. And their billing department will take months to reply to you and it won’t make any sense. Edit: I see several defensive replies from the birth center blaming insurance carriers for reimbursement delays. I want to then preemptively state that our insurance provider has been transparent and easy to communicate with, even going so far as to reach out to the birth center directly and advocate on our behalf. My experience at CB&W was exceptional. From the prenatal care to postpartum. All of the midwives were wonderful. I do want to give special recognition to Julia, Tiffany, and Amy as they were the ones that were present for my birth. I felt safe and encouraged throughout the delivery.
