My sister and I own a first floor condo in a complex which Associa Mid-Atlantic manages. My sister and I are both extremely disheartened and disappointed with the unprofessional way this organization operates. Associa manages our HOA in Reno. Unfortunately they have poorly managed our development and now there are major issues occurring. Firstly, the last reserve study was completed in 2012 when our reserve was seemingly fully funded, and while Nevada Statutes call for annual reserve studies Associa have just not bothered to do so! In the 2012 reserve study money was allocated to repair stucco in 2017. Secondly, our stucco is now needing repairs/patches but the reserve money is gone but they cannot explain what the spent it on!
