I am an LPN with 25 years experience, worked there on a 3 month contract. They renewed my contract. The real floor was basically run by black girls, with either huge eye lashes or giant eye glass frames. This operation was the very first that I personally witnessed racism. I ended up working a code because the RN had repeatedly ignored a patient that I had seen was deteriorating. The assistant DON, has an office. He is married, but proceeded to hit on anything that would come around. Do not take anyone you care about to PAM ... read more

I highly recommend aquatherapy at PAM Rehabilitation Hosptial. Ian is quite knowledgeable and eager to help patients regain strength. He was the first person in a long line of medical personnel who took the time to show me how to find my core muscles, so I knew I was working the right ones. Ian is also quite inventive, having invented a number of different water exercises that help build those core muscles. He begins the sessions easily, but builds their intensity as time goes on, so that, by my last 2 sessions, I had a gr... read more

Think twice then twice again before going here. My mother is currently a patient here and the level of care is way below the advertised level of care. The doctors schedule procedures without informing us and without our consent; none of the staff reads the charts or perhaps understands what is in it. Her attending physician was on vacation for the first two weeks of her stay; during that time any questions we had were deferred to her doctor, but nobody knew who was covering for him or where he was. They threatened to hav... read more

I am leaving this review on behalf of my mom. I want to thank Pam Health for the incredible care they provided for her after her fall. It is difficult to watch our parents and loved ones age, and our biggest fear is not being able to prevent an accident from occurring. Almost three weeks ago, our fear became a reality when Mom fell entering the bathroom, suffering a head injury. For our family, it was traumatic and frightening, especially when we watched her being taken away in an ambulance. We all know that as we age, this ... read more

The worst care and slow to respond for help.  Do not go there.  The night shift is all but gone!  Will not answer the call device.  Stay away!

Very unhappy with this rehabilitation center, for 3 days now the prescriptions they were to have called in for my father still have not been filled.  They don't answer the phones constantly sent to voicemail. As of right now I am on my 10th call at 6:43pm Arizona time. We are constantly going to the pharmacy to see if his prescriptions are there and they are not.  I was not impressed with them when he was in their care for rehabilitation either.
