Color Tile delivered both superior products (Tile & flooring) and exceptional services from the moment I entered the store to the install of the product. I was treated like a valuable customer despite my small budget. Katy Austin spent a lot of time giving me quality advice when coordinating the tile for the tub surround with the vanity tile and with the flooring. She gave me multiple options along with the costs. We recently had some new carpet installed at our home in Bend. Color Tile was great to work with. The staff was helpful and friendly. They came to install when they said they would. The installers were polite and friendly, and were careful and attentive during the installation. The final price was as quoted, no surprises! Overall, a very pleasant experience and we love our new carpet. Customer service does still exist!
