I love Deba and the other ladies
I have been going to Debotah since 2006. Very reliable, sweet and does what you need every time.
I tried this place out last September. I wanted blond highlights. First, while she applied the material, she pulled my hair so hard that my entire scalp was tender for days after and mind you, i am not tender headed whatsoever. Secondly, she left me in the rinsing chair with some sort of conditioner on my hair for over an hour while she dyed another ladies hair...laying back that long was brutal.
