If I had more stars id give more. But there is only 5 so thats what you get. I work here in Rochester at the color me mine and its an amazing place to work. Very professional. The owner is a great person. And the other workers are super friendly.
I took home a piece and was able to paint it and bring it back to be fired. They quoted me at a price of $15 and when I dropped it off to get fired, they said that was an okay price even though the ownership has changed, they would still honor that price. Then when I came back to pick it up, they ended up charging me more money for it because they "just couldn't honor that price anymore." This place has wonderful customer service. We were planning on having my daughters birthday party here without realizing that the shop was actually closed for construction. We called, in desperation, 2 days prior to the birthday party to find out if there was any way to salvage my daughter dream birthday. They promptly got back to us and offered to come to our house for the birthday party.
