Cindy is aMAAAAAAZZZZZing! She just has this incredible sense of hat will make anyone look beautiful. She does this thing with both myself and my daughter where we don't get to look in the mirror until it's finished, and not one I me have I come away with that feeling "No....this is quite right...." . NO one our heads except Cindy!!

I'm a senior citizen and don't drive so Cindy packs up her essentials every three months and comes to my apartment complex and gives me a perm. I'm always very happy with the services provided. . .and her prices are very reasonable!
