Shelly is the best for color and cut!
I've been seeing Shelley for years and she is THE only person to touch my hair. During my deployment, I was forced to go to a different hair salon and the guy there TOTALLY messed up my hair. I finally came home and went straight to Shelley. I cannot wipe the smile off of my face and I cannot get out of the mirror. Not only did she fix the guys mistakes but my hair looks and feels so much healthier. Shelley really worked her magic (as usual) and I LOVE IT. Thank you for making my hair pretty again �
