Love this place. Always clean and rare that I have to wait, even when they are busy- they work efficiently as a team. Twice I experienced one lady who was rough with me and I don’t care for that. But I think she is gone now, thankfully! So my go to girl that I make appointments with is Ava! She is so so sweet and gentle. And actually cares about you feeling relaxed and leaving with beautiful nails that you are content with. I love her and will be coming back as it’s my nail spot now for sure! My local go to for a good pedi. Always super friendly and low on the upselling. Comfortable environment all in all.
Came to get a gel manicure removed and instead the manicurist drilled into my natural nail plate and left it paper thin. Completed ruined my nail plate strength and now my nails are all bendy and close to breaking if I don’t protect them. They were previously strong and long and now they’re flimsy and need babying to get back to healthy. Horrible negligent work. Workers need better training in terms of cleanliness and services.
