Love it I have lived at Colony Square for over 5 years. I absolutely love it. Clean, safe, very convenient to most everything. The maintenance staff is friendly and timely. Great for kids and the elderly. Nice pool and grounds. The cool thing is; it's semi hidden from the road. Kinda secluded. I Recommend this to everyone I know who's looking for the above amenities. Kinda dated but clean and comfy.
First time renter review I am a first time renter. I am also a very recent single mother of a 2 week old little girl. I came to colony square apartments in June and Mrs Judy in the office was so helpful in finding an apartment that best suited my needs. She is interested in the renters best interests, not just a profit. These apartments are conveniently located in the middle of town. The people who rent these apartments are good neighbors.
