Hello! Thank you for your inquiry into Colony Square Apartments located in the heart of beautiful Dothan, Alabama! We are a community of 107 apartment homes consisting 1B/1B, 2B1B, 2B/1 ½ bath townhomes, and 3B/2B apartments. Deposits are $300 for all 2 bedroom units and $400 for 3 bedroom units. Included in your rent are water, sewer, pest control, trash pickup, 70 channels of cable, and a newspaper delivered to your doorstep every day! The application fee is $35 for each adult who will be living in the apartment.

Love living here! I have lived at Colony Aquare apartments for almost two years now. I have enjoyed living here. My apartment is well maintained. If I have an issue, management is quick about addressing it. There is very little noise here but you are right on the circle so traffic does get noisy at times. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone.

Very Large Apartments I have live here three years now, the apartments are older but they keep them up. My apartment is the size of a house in square footage. The new manager Amber is wonderful, she follows up on every request. The water situation is a bit crazy, but that doesn't have anything to due with the onsite management, that's corporate. I would recommend this property for rental.
Great Place to Live! I have lived at Colony Square for almost 6 years and love it. The property manager responds to tenant’s issues and takes care of issues promptly. The maintenance guy, Robbie, is fantastic.
Great Place to Live We love being in walking distance to restaurants and shopping outlets. The neighbors are great and Robert, our maintenance, man is always quick and efficient with a friendly smile. If you're looking for a 'community' this is the place -- everyone knows everyone and it's one big fam!
Perfect location and safe housing for a single individual! I've been living here for almost 3 months now and honestly I'm very pleased. The property manager always addresses my complaints/maintenance needs within 2 business days and she's very quick to respond (Even on the weekends when she's off). Not even going to try These people are rude as heck. They obviously don’t care if they rent or not. If they’re that awful to potential applicants, I don’t even want to imagine how they treat their tenants.
Nice people, but the units aren't great We've lived here about 2 years. Judy the manger is a sweet person, and we haven't had any issues with our neighbors. However, we've found mold in the unit that wasn't properly remediated, and we've had issues with bugs and mice. Most recently, we got a ridiculous water bill of over $75 for a single month of service. This is after we were told that the bill would be closer to $40.
